Founder and creative director of the internationally acclaimed RICHFAM, 
Philadelphian Robert Rich was introduced to the performing arts early in life and developed a love for dance. Upon graduation with honors from Hampton University in 2006, Robert was choreographer and creative director for the main University events. After graduation, Robert's professional career took off in New York City. His dance credits include: The LXD, Lady Gaga, Ellen Degeneres, Pia Mia, and Jill Scott. Choreography credits include: So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing With the Stars, and America's Best Dance Crew, Mariah Carey.

Now residing in Los Angeles, California, Robert has expanded his teaching to the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio, and also is an acclaimed international choreographer, and instructor.
